Galya Frayman Molinas is a global executive with over 30 years of experience in multinational consumer goods companies. Ms. Molinas has led operations, marketing, and strategy teams in Eastern Europe, Middle East, West and South Asia, United States, Mexico, and Latin America. Previously, Ms. Molinas was President of the Mexico Business Unit at The Coca-Cola Company and senior vice president of global strategy and insights in Atlanta, Georgia. She served as President of the Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company Turkey and Central Asia; Marketing Director for Eurasia and the Middle East; Marketing Director for Eastern Europe and Turkey; and Vice Chairman of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCOLA.IS). Molinas started her career as a Brand Manager at Unilever Turkey. Galya Molinas serves on the Latin America Advisory Board of Harvard Business School and CIBER at Georgia State University and is a member of the Ashoka Support Network. Ms. Molinas has served as the Chairman of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Turkey and the President of the Coca-Cola Foundation in Turkey and Mexico. She was a founding member of the Coca-Cola Global Women's Leadership Council and regional organizations of several international women's leadership institutions, including the 30% Club, Women Corporate Directors, and the International Women's Forum. She received her bachelor's degree from Istanbul Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
